We are famous for having the best yoga teachers.  Dave the founder has personally chosen each one of our teachers based upon the quality and standard of the yoga and meditation teachers.

Not only are our teachers of extremely high standard, they are also very friendly and caring and will support you with your practice.

An exceptional teacher can set complete beginners on the right path, and can help deepen and develop more experienced practitioners.

We only take 18 retreat participants, so each person gets very good individual attention.
