Yoga for Menopause & Beyond
Niamh is an internationally renowned yoga teacher and trainer who created and specialises in Yoga for Menopause and Beyond.
She uses Yoga and wider researched elements to enhance our health and wellbeing through the stages of our lives, specific to how women’s bodies change through the years.
Her classes bring your body the positive challenges it needs to stay mobile and strong, yet also lead you in deeply gentle sessions that bring you back to respect and connection with your self.
Giving you safe and expert guidance, she also supports you to discover your individual body’s needs.
It this way, you can stay connected to, and respectful of your body’s changes.
When we learn to do this, we gain the trust of our body and nervous system, which allows us to flourish on all levels.
Niamh teaches with great respect for yoga and the human body, as well as with lightness and a sense of humour, so that her classes are enjoyable as well as relaxing and immersive.
