Breathwork is included in this retreat which will help you to relax and let go.

This retreat is ideal for letting go of stress, improving flexibility gently, and to learn techniques for relaxation and health that you can bring home with you.

Dave will give clear guidance on the meditation and will guide you deeper as the retreat progresses.

One of the goals of this retreat is that you will impliment a 10 to 15 minutes practice each day after the retreat is over… thus bringing the benefits into your daily life.

Dave's training & background

Dave began his meditation practice in 1978 and began practising Yoga in 1989.

He has over 45 years of meditation experience and over 35 years of experience in many forms of yoga as well as Buddhist teachings.

Yoga and meditation are the two most transformative techniques or bodies of knowledge that he has come across in his life.

Dave is one of the most experienced meditation teachers in Ireland and many people who have completed his meditation teaching have said it was the first time meditation was explained clearly and made accessible to them.

Dave completed his first 2-year Satyananda yoga teacher training in 1999 with Shraddhamurti and Chetanmurti in the Galway school of Yoga and Meditation.

He has also completed another Yoga Teacher Training in 2008 with David Muehsam.

And also a Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli in 2010.
