Flow Yoga and Yin yoga

Grainne brings a lovely balance of fun and enjoyment to her breath-focused flowing yoga classes, helps you to let go in her more tranquil Yin yoga classes, and to get in touch with more subtle layers during the meditation. Fun, laughs, and genuine yoga and meditation.

Grainne teaches both Yoga flow, and also Yin yoga.  In her yoga flow classes  one’s focus is maintained on the breath, and coordinating the breath with the flowing movements.

 Grainne’s Yin yoga is more relaxing and restorative on this yoga flow and yin yoga retreat.

There is a lovely variety of classes on this Hatha flow yoga retreat with flow yoga and yin yoga classes as well as meditation and yoga nidra deep relaxation.

A meditation class is offered in the morning and evening each day, and one of the benefits of our retreats is that we empower and inspire you to continue some of these practices at home, bringing the benefits into your daily life.

20:15   One-to-one chat with the teacher about any health conditions or special requests

21:00   Welcome meeting and introduction to the retreat

21:25   Breathwork and Yoga Nidra deep relaxation

08:00  Meditation including introduction for beginners

08:30  Yoga class

10:00   Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice

11:15     Guided outing in The Burren and hang out with yoga teacher

15:30   Optional swim at our local beach

Grainne's training and background

Grainne teaches a flow yoga class and also Yin yoga. She has lovely soft energies and uses humour and love to bring you to an inner space of peace and acceptance

She is a very positive minded teacher with a very supportive and caring way about her.

Grainne has always found reward in helping people, making them feel comfortable and attending to their needs.

She has been teaching yoga for over 15 years, and acknowledges “every body” is so different, and she guides each person to their own level of ability.

Grainne brings a lovely balance of a sense of fun and enjoyment to her classes, while marrying this with an awareness of one’s breath which helps center one’s mind and keep one’s awareness in the present moment.
