Niamh has beautiful energies and is an inspiring teacher of a variety of forms of yoga and energy work.
She has a lovely easy going personality and takes the time with each person to ensure they understand the practices and also encourages each person in a wonderful way to reach their own potential.
Niamh will teach a variety of types of yoga including vinyasa flow, yogalates, kundalini, Bikram, ashtanga, restorative, yin, deep relaxation yoga nidra and meditation.
Some of her classes are soft and gentle, others are dynamic and challenging, and others work with internal energies and will leave you deeply relaxed on all levels.
Niamh uses her huge experience to tailor the classes so that each person works to their own ability, and there is no comparison with anybody else.
Niamh’s gentle encouragement and adjustment tweaks will help you to deepen your practice and you will be able to bring these learnings home with you.
This retreat is suitable for all ages, and all levels of fitness, and for complete beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
