We ask all guests to arrive between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm on your day of arrival.
We eat dinner at 7:00 pm
If you are arriving for the start of a retreat on a Friday, please be aware that our retreat coordinator arrives at the centre approx. 4:00 pm to check all the bedrooms and make sure that the retreat centre is ready to welcome guests from 5:00 pm
There may be nobody there before 4:00 pm, so it is advised to wait until 5:00 pm to arrive.
The easiest way to get here is by using the “reduced fare taxi” service.
If possible, please book this 1 week or more before you need the taxi.

You can take the Bus Eireann number 51 bus from Galway city to Gort.
It takes approx 50 minutes to get from Galway to Gort.
Best to check the Bus Eireann website for the number 51 bus timetable, but they run approx once an hour.
Gort is a small town/village that is 6 miles from the Burren Yoga Retreat.
A taxi from Gort costs approx. €20. Please see Tab Taxi Numbers.
A nice way to spend the day is to take the Bus Eireann number 51 bus from the airport to Galway city and to spend the day exploring Galway.
There is a left luggage service at the train station where the bus will arrive.
