We encourage you to sense what is right for you, and if you prefer to only stroll for 10 minutes and to sit down and take in the beautiful scenery then that is the best way that Nature will bring you what is best for you.

Depending on how you feel on the day, you can choose from a flexible timetable and choose what is right for you.

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice to provide very deep relaxation that can release stresses and strains that may be deep inside us.

Our teachers are very experienced with a lot of training to help you to relax at deep levels.
