The price includes accommodation, all classes and all meals except for lunch.
For organised outings, we stop for lunch at one of the local cafes, and each person looks after their own lunch.

Our week-long retreats are our Premium offering. The retreat begins Friday 7:00 pm with dinner, and ends at midday on the following Thursday.
