In this course, I’ve distilled the essential insights from my years of experience, enabling you to establish your personal daily practice without depending on guided instructions. Each day, you’ll receive a video class that begins with 5 to 10 minutes of explanation and valuable tips, followed by a 15-minute guided meditation. It’s worth noting that everyone who has completed this 30-day course continues to meditate independently daily.
