We recommend bringing comfortable clothing for your indoor practices, sturdy walking boots or shoes for our guided outdoor adventures, a waterproof jacket, and a swimsuit if you would like to participate in our optional sea swimming. All professional yoga mats, blocks, and props are fully provided in our underfloor-heated studio.
