Choose Between Weekend Resets and Immersive Week-Long Escapes

While a weekend is a wonderful reset, there is simply no comparison to the full week-long escape and rejuvenation. 

It is the pinnacle of what we offer here at the Burren Yoga Retreat. 

These week-long retreats start Friday evening with dinner at 7:00 pm and finish the following Thursday at noon. 

Its possible to book any 2 to 6 nights on our week-long retreats. 

You may book a wellness weekend… or an extended weekend… or a mid-week or a combination of the 2. 

We are the only wellness retreat in Ireland to offer this flexibility of booking.

The rest of the year (10th Jan to mid May & also from start of Oct to 5th December) we run weekend-only retreats. 

These weekend-only retreats start Friday evening with dinner at 7:00 pm and finish Monday at 2:00 pm after lunch. 

For individuals prioritizing their mental health wellness weekend, this shorter format delivers an incredibly potent dose of deep relaxation. 

It functions perfectly as an authentic mental health weekend retreat, providing you with a complete circuit-breaker from professional and personal pressures.
