The  Burren Yoga & Meditation Retreat run healthy weekends all year round.

You can choose a healthy weekend break at any time of the year.

We run our healthy weekend retreats every month of the year.

The best wellness healthy weekend 2024.

We run week-long as well as weekend healthy breaks at Christmas, New Year and Easter, and also every week from May until end of September.

Each year we run a New Year’s healthy wellness break from 3rd January to 9th January, and details can be seen at New Year Retreat

Prior to this we have a post Christmas Healthy Wellness break which runs from 27th December to 2nd January and details can be seen at Post Christmas Retreat

The centre was founded in 1999 by yoga and meditation teacher Dave Brocklebank.
