The Burren Yoga Retreat is nestled amongst the haz

The Burren Yoga Retreat is nestled amongst the hazel trees at the foot of the Burren hills.

The immediate hill next to the retreat centre is called Cappaghmore and the stone wall running up the side of the hill is the Galway Clare border.

Cappaghmore protects the Burren Yoga Retreat from the Atlantic winds that can blow in from the Atlantic ocean.

This leaves the retreat centre calm and safe during even the wildest of storms.

In the morning we see the orange sunshine bathing Cappaghmore… and in the evening we see the setting sun disappearing behind this beautiful ancient hill.

I feel privileged to live beside this ancient hill and have developed a deep feeling of gratitude and affection for this hill over the past 30 years living in it’s protection.

The views from the yoga studio are breath taking.

The Burren is a magical ethereal place to come on

The Burren is a magical ethereal place to come on a retreat.

The connection to Nature in the yoga studio has to be experienced and cannot be described.

Clara will be teaching a weekend retreat in March and also the week-long Easter retreat in April.

There are still some places left.

All of our organic vegetables are grown locally at Beechlawn Organic Farm.

We use the finest freshest ingredients, and our chefs creatively plan and prepare the meals with love as well as all their experience.

The whole experience of hearing our chef describe the dishes… having out chef serve you this delicious food onto your plate… and then eating this amazing dinner in the company of like-minded people… has to be experienced to get a real sense of how special this experience is.
