Founded in 1999, we were Ireland’s first dedicated residential yoga and meditation retreat centre.

Book an en-suite bedroom for yourself, or come with a friend to share an en-suite twin or a super king sized en-suite double.

We also have a range of budget room to suit all pockets.

Most have been teaching over 10 years and have countless trainings under their belt… and some have been teaching for over 20 years.

They are also very caring people who make sure that each guest receives the appropriate level of teaching suitable for them at this present moment.
