Quality September hatha yoga retreat and meditation

Karolina teaches both Hatha yoga and includes yoga postures and flowing sequences, restorative yoga, breathing exercises, guided relaxation and mindfulness meditation techniques.  This September hatha yoga week will give you everything you need to be fully alive and refreshed.

During her yoga classes, Karolina gives variations on postures so that her classes are suitable for complete beginners, while those more experienced practitioners will be given variations to challenge each person at the appropriate level and also inspirational teaching to help bring understanding and insight into the practices.

There is a meditation class in the morning and evening each day, and one of the benefits of our week-long retreats is that you can then take these practices home with you.

The Burren Yoga Retreat is located at the foot of the Burren hills nestled amongst the hazel trees.

You are surrounded with a vast choice of special places in the Burren where we go for hill walks, Nature Trail walks, walks by the sea, beautiful beaches and forests to explore.

There are optional activities such as surfing, kayaking, sea swimming, swimming in our nearby lake which heats up during the summer.

On Monday you may like an optional treatment in our massage therapy rooms, or you may decide to take some time to yourself to either explore the Burren or put your feet up to relax at the centre.

All our classes, outings and meals are optional, so you are free to join all or some as you please during the week.

However over 95% of people relish the freedom of not having to decide or choose what to do each day, and go with the full programme which is a well tried recipe which we have been running and improving on since 1999.

We are famous for our food and so many people have said they would come back time and time again just for the amazing vegetarian food.  Our chef will prepare all our vegetarian meals with organic and locally sourced vegetables and the finest ingredients.

This September hatha yoga retreat retreat is suitable for complete beginners to intermediate. 

Karolina will give more gentle variations to anybody who needs it, and will also challenge those who are ready for it.

There are no comparisons made between people, and this course is suitable for everyone.

Karolina yoga teacher

Karolina is from Poland originally, and has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 10 years.

Karolina is a trained Nutritional Consultant as well as being one of our regular very experienced yoga teachers.

Karolina was very fortunate to be drawn to meditation right from the start at an early age. She really enjoyed the calmness and balance that the practice brought and also to get in touch with deeper layers of her being.

Meditation allowed Karolina to find her inner oasis, and inner place of sanctuary especially when faced with difficult pressures of life.
