Quality bank holiday yoga weekend
This retreat works on your physical body and chakras to remove energy blockages and increase your energy in a balanced way.
You will experience various types of yoga including Vinyasa flow, Bikram hot yoga, Yin yoga and Yogalates (Blend of Pilates and Yoga).
As well as Yoga Nidra deep relation and also meditation.
Niamh Jones is an inspirational and passionate teacher, who introduced Bikram yoga to Ireland 20 years ago and whose enthusiasm and good humour know no bounds.
Niamh will lead you through challenging four-minute-long hip openers of yin, a fusion of Yoga and Pilates, and energetic ashtanga, always circling back to the downward and upward dogs of vinyasa flow. Her gentle encouragement and tiny tweaks will have you elongating your poses and stretches further than you thought possible, generating the most serene high.
In addition to physical yoga, Niamh also weaves her invigorating energy medicine class to activate the seven chakras and remove energy blockages. She follows this with flowing kundalini hip rotations and exuberant chanting to create energy around the third eye and heart chakras.
Niamh intuitively includes elements of reiki, shamanic healing, qigong and restorative yoga in the sessions.
Her approach often leads to our participants feeling an uplifting sense of joy.

The Burren Yoga Retreat is located at the foot of the Burren hills nestled amongst the hazel trees.
You are surrounded with a vast choice of special places in the Burren where we go for hill walks, Nature Trail walks, walks by the sea, beautiful beaches and forests to explore.
There are lovely places to swim in the sea or in our nearby lake which heats up during the summer.

All our classes, outings and meals are optional, so you are free to join all or some as you please during the weekend.
However over 95% of people relish the freedom of not having to decide or choose what to do each day, and go with the full programme which is a well tried recipe which we have been running and improving on since 1999.
We are famous for our food and so many people have said they would come back time and time again just for the amazing vegetarian food. Our chef will prepare all our vegetarian meals with organic and locally sourced vegetables and the finest ingredients.
