Bank Holiday Weekends (3 nights) from €780 up to €1095. An en-suite single costs €915
Weekend-only (2 nights) retreats from €540 up to €820 per person. An en-suite single costs €690.
Week-long retreats from €1,230 to €1,770 per person. An en-suite single costs €1,530 for the 6 nights.

Length of stay
Weekends start 7:00 pm Friday with dinner and finish at 2:00 pm Sunday after lunch.
Week-long retreats start Friday 7:00 pm with dinner and finish on Thursday at noon.
Book between 2 and 6 nights on our week-long retreats.

Prices include accommodation, all meals (except lunch when we go on guided outings), all yoga & meditation classes, all outings.

During our guided outings we stop for lunch in one of the local cafes, and each person looks after their own lunch.

Luxury Retreat centre

The new centre was built in 2021 and has under-floor heating throughout, picture frame windows with stunning views, and a very relaxing contemporary milimalist decor.

The whole centre is flooded with natural light, with beautiful views over the Burren hills.

Our en-suite bedrooms are all very spacious, very bright with a large triple glazed window, super-insulated with underfloor heating, and excellent soundproofing.  All have electric-controlled black-out blinds.

The beds are all extremely comfortable, with hotel quality mattresses, Egyptian cotton bedlinen with high thread count and a choice of a firmer pillow and a softer one.

All our en-suite bathrooms have a heated towel rail and a spacious shower with plenty of hot water.

Nestled in the enchanting terrain of The Burren on the pristine West coast of Ireland, our retreat is a haven for those seeking a luxurious escape. 

West coast of Ireland: Delve into the magic of the Burren as you partake in daily outings through its hills and along the serene coastline. Meet like-minded individuals and share in the joy of discovery.

The Burren is designated as a UNESCO World Heritage geopark bounded by the Atlantic Ocean.

The area is famous for its spectacularly shaped limestone hills which are ideal for hill walking.  Botanists from all over the world come here to see the exceptional range of wild- flowers.

There is a very special and ancient feeling from the Burren which has changed little over the past thousand years.

The best vegetarian food

We are famous for our top class vegetarian food.

We use locally sourced organic ingredients.

Many guests who are avid meat eaters leave with recipes under the arm and a completely different appreciation of what fine vegetarian cuisine can taste like.

Our in-house chef skilfully combines the best ingredients to produce meals which are inspiring in the variety of flavours and textures, as well as being balanced for digestion and optimal health and wellbeing.

We cater for all dietary requirements.

Many people say they would come back here for the food alone.

Our Retreats Are Suitable For All

Our retreats have plenty of time in Nature with an experienced guide. This is a lovely way to get to know the other like-minded people and many people make friends for life.

Some people come here who are just curious about yoga or meditation, but are more interested in the outings in The Burren, the amazing vegetarian food and the top class accommodation in the new state-of-the-art retreat centre.

Purposely designed to be suitable for complete beginners to advanced, men and women, of all ages (14 years old to mid 80’s) and all levels of fitness.

Digital Detox

Our retreats offer complete freedom from Digital devices.

Phones are turned off (or airplane mode), the internet, news, and other distractions are left behind, and the resulting freedom is beneficial for a more light-hearted feeling and ability to be in the present moment.

We recommend that you take a complete digital detox.

However, there is WiFi access in the upstairs lounge for emergency use. If you need to use it, we ask you to be mindful of your fellow guests and their need for peace and quiet and lack of intrusion from the external world outside the retreat.

Please note we are also an alcohol-free retreat.

We have weekend and week-long retreats all year round.

Select the retreat that you want.


Click “Price, Book & Availability” for your selected retreat.

You pay 1/3 of the retreat fee online when you make your booking online.

Click Calendar of Retreats

Click on the retreat you want.  Then click “Price, Book & Availability”.  This will show which rooms are still left at that time, and prices. 

You book from that same page.

We have been running our retreats for over 24 years and there is no pattern.

It is impossible to predict whether a particular retreat will book our a few months in advance or whether there could be availability 1 week before the retreat start date.

People do cancel or transfer their bookings, so you may be lucky even at the last minute.

You may book by making a bank transfer for the full retreat fee.

You may change the dates of your booking provided the retreat you have booked is more than 21 days away and this is your 1st time to do this with your booking.

If you cancel your booking more than 21 days before the retreat start date, the non-refundable deposit is forfeit.

If you cancel your booking less than 21 days away, please see the cancellation policy at Terms and Conditions.

Absolutely. Our retreats are suitable for complete beginners.
We have very experienced and caring teachers who will explain everything very clearly, and give you practices which are suitable for you no matter what your level of fitness is.

The atmosphere here is very warm and friendly and relaxed. You may attend which ever classes you prefer, and decide whether to attend any or all or some of the guided outings with the group.
If you prefer to explore the Burren by yourself, or to put your feet up and relax at the centre that is perfectly fine.
Our retreats are a great way to take time from your everyday life in a very positive environment.

Many of our guests fly from abroad.

Shannon airport is 50 minutes drive and a reduced fare taxi pickup available.
