Your privacy is important to us. We will only use the personal information you provide to us to enable us to provide the services that we offer and to send you our quarterly newsletter if you have specifically signed up to receive our newsletter.
Your data is stored securely and encrypted and nobody outside Burren Yoga has access to this data.

Data we collect & How we use it
When booking on a retreat you provide us with data about yourself via our booking form. We use this data to deliver our services to you and to contact you in relation to our services. If you specifically sign up for our quarterly newsletter, we use this to send our newsletter to you. You may un-subscribe from this newsletter at any time by emailing Dave or by clicking the ‘un-subscribe button’ in the newsletter.
We store any emails that you send us, so that we can keep track of our conversations, and so that we can provide a better service to you, and so that we can maintain our own standards.
If you signup for weekly classes, we store your name and mobile phone number so that we can notify you when a new term begins.
We store your credit card details securely in an encrypted format until your payment is debited. We then delete your credit card details when your payment is debited.
Our website uses Google Analytics which we use to examine overall numbers visiting our website, and is not used to identify you.
Purposes, Legal Basis & Retention
The legal grounds for processing your personal data is based upon Burren Yoga’s legitimate interest in providing quality yoga and meditation retreats and to continue to improve these.
We retain the data that you provide to us as long as needed to provide our services or until you decide for us to remove your data completely.
Security and Storage of Personal data
All your personal data which is stored by Burren Yoga is encrypted. This encryption key is of a very high standard and uses AES ancryption algorithm with a 256-bit key.

You may request us to Delete, Update or to View your data that we have stored about you.

Dave will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and will modify/delete your data within 1 month of acknowledging your request. We may also retain certain elements of your personal information for a period after you delete for our legitimate operations such as record keeping and to comply with our legal obligations. Whenever we retain your information we will do so in compliance with applicable laws.
