We will video the yoga class and use this on the website and on social media.
Margarida Tree will be the instructor for this class.
This is a great way to try Margarida’s great teaching.

Have you seen the new yoga studio ?
The new studio opened for residential retreats in June 2021.
Currently we have only residetial retreats, but hope to begin our usual weekly classes for local people in January 2023.
We can only accommodate 9 people in this videoed yoga class.
Places will go to the 1st 9 people who apply.
