 Difficulty Booking

Occasionally someone has difficulty completing their booking online.

This page will give you useful information that will solve most problems you might experience.

 Missing information on the booking form

After you have filled in all your details on your booking form and click the button “Book Now”, you might see a screen similar the picture here.

If you see this screen, it means that one of the boxes marked with a ‘red asterix’ has not been filled in.

 

 How to fix 'Missing Information'

Scroll down the page of the booking form until you see any boxes that are highlighted in the Yellow Colour.

Fill in the missing details in all of the boxes that are high-lighted in yellow.

 

And then press the button “Book Now” at the bottom of the screen.

This should now work.
